            The goal of our program is to bring the body back to its optimal state of health, where it is self-healing and self-regulating, and able to withstand the stressed placed on it and in it. While every person’s journey to this state is individual, we follow a general plan to assist you in the healing process.

            At Temple Health we do not address symptoms, but rather the systems of that body that are sending you those symptoms such as head aches, depression, etc.
